Your financial and personal information are extremely confidential and are not released to third parties.  We are diligent in making sure that all of our affiliates and partners strictly adhere to stringent privacy policies.
All of our data processing is completed in a secure environment, and you can be assured that your online data is protected from unauthorized use.  Our employees are carefully screened and are limited in the information they can access to only that which is absolutely necessary to deliver professional and quality service to you.  They are also trained in privacy and security issues.  Improper use of your information may result in employee termination and prosecution.
We do not share or reveal any personal, account or confidential information outside Capital IRA.  We may provide this information to our affiliated banks only if you specifically authorize us to do so in writing or if the information is necessary to complete a transaction authorized and directed by you.  We will never provide any of your personal or account information to marketing firms, third party affiliates or non-affiliates.  We do, however, reserve the right to transfer information in connection with the sale of our business.
The USA PATRIOT Act permits financial institutions, upon providing notice to the United States Department of the Treasury, to share information with one another in order to identify and report to the federal government activities that may involve money laundering or terrorist activity.  When you open an account with Capital IRA, or at various other times, we will ask for certain personal information and may ask for photo identification in order to comply with these and other federal requirements.  We may also provide your personal information as and when required to do so by federal, state and/or local law.

We will continue to adhere to these privacy standards even if you cease to be a Capital IRA client.

We reserve the right to modify our privacy policy at any time, and will inform you if we make any such changes.  We will notify you of our privacy policy annually, as required by applicable law.
